I have so much in my head these days. It's helpful to get it out and write it down some where. Why in such a public place? I don't know the answer to that. I'm melodramatic I guess. I don't expect anyone to ever actually read this but I don't mind if you do, that's why I put in on the internet.
I'm going through a big "self development" phase right now. I'm working on my mental and physical health in a way I haven't in a long time, maybe ever. Maybe I'll learn something along the way. Maybe that thing I learn will be helpful to you. You're welcome.
